• Not engage in fraudulent activities such as providing false information or making unauthorized transactions.

• Immediately notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without your permission.

4. Company Responsibilities

Companies are responsible for ensuring that all property information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, property availability, pricing, and amenities. Companies must:

• Honor all bookings made through the Platform and ensure that no double bookings occur.
• Ensure that all advertised services, facilities, and amenities are available as described on the Platform.
• Provide timely responses to booking queries or issues raised by users.
• Update availability information regularly to avoid overbooking and maintain transparency with users.

5. Booking Policies

Bookings made through the Platform are prioritized over offline bookings to minimize the risk of double bookings. In the event of a double booking, the online booking will take precedence. Companies are encouraged to update their availability in real time. All bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective property, which must be reviewed before confirming a reservation.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users are encouraged to leave honest and respectful reviews based on their experience at the properties they have booked. Companies must not interfere with or manipulate reviews in any way. Any attempt to post fake reviews, provide misleading information, or tamper with reviews will result in penalties, including suspension of the company’s account. Reviews must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Honesty: Reviews must reflect the user’s genuine experience.
• Respect: Reviews must be respectful and not contain offensive language or personal attacks.
• Relevance: Reviews should be focused on the user’s stay at the property and its services.

7. Privacy Policy

ONESTORE TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
